Republic of Sudan annual programme plan 2015

05 May 2015

During 2014, Sudan continued to be faced with significant political, security and socio-economic challenges. In fact, 2014 witnessed the highest number of displaced people since 2004 with an estimated 6.9 million people in need of humanitarian assistance.

Concern remains committed to working with extremely poor communities in Sudan to tackle poverty, vulnerabilities and inequalities. We will work towards enhanced food security and livelihood strategies, improved health and nutrition, and promote access to adequate water and sanitation facilities across West Darfur and South and West Kordofan states.

In this annual programme plan, you can find out more about our programmes in health, nutrition, sanitation and livelihoods in Sudan.
