Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal
Winter, shelling, and energy insecurity pushing households to the brink.
Four years of full-scale conflict in Ukraine and the needs are as great as ever. Harsh winter, increased attacks on critical infrastructure, and frequent power outages have turned daily life into a constant stress test.
As Ukraine is facing its coldest winter in more than a decade, nearly 1 out of every 3 Ukrainians require humanitarian assistance. The psychological toll is deepening and becoming chronic - constant missile attacks and drones targeting civilians mean people live in permanent tension.
But while needs are increasing, support is shrinking.

Concern has been responding to the crisis in Ukraine since the initial weeks, working collectively with our Alliance2015 partners to deliver assistance via the Joint Emergency Response in Ukraine (JERU).
