The kindness of our Concern community has meant that together, we have helped millions of people across the world adapt and survive by delivering vital assistance to the world’s most vulnerable communities.
We are highlighting some of the life-changing work your support has helped to achieve last year - from responding to crisis in Sudan and providing clean water in Gaza, to helping people in Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo build sustainable livelihoods. None of this would be possible without your support!

How your donation will change lives around the world
Your gift of £15 could go towards a month's treatment of therapeutic food, giving a child the vital support they need to recover from severe malnutrition.
Your gift of £48 could provide three children with a school bag, pens, pencils and notebooks - giving them the tools they need to learn and thrive at school
Your gift of £200 could provide water purification tablets to treat surface or river water, giving families access to 5,000 litres of clean, safe water.
How your support helps Concern to respond to one of the largest humanitarian crises in the world.

Because of supporters like you, Concern has been able to stand with families in Sudan for 40 years, including through today’s ever-changing crisis to ensure that help is reaching people whose lives have been devastated by conflict.
In the last two years, we have delivered life-saving health and nutrition care, emergency supplies, clean water, and cash assistance.
In 2025 alone, you helped us support:
- 1
Nearly 480,000 people in Sudan.
In 2025, three out of every five Sudanese people need humanitarian aid, the highest figure in modern humanitarian response history. Thanks to you, we have been able to respond to this growing crisis.
- 2
Children under five experiencing malnutrition.
81 health facilities were supported by Concern to help young children receive life-saving treatment for acute malnutrition.
- 3
4,730 families with cash assistance to keep their families safe.
Giving families the dignity to choose the items they needed most when prices soared.
