The Belfast Marathon

The Belfast Marathon

There are multiple events to suit all levels of fitness including the iconic Marathon Run, Team Relay or 8-Mile Walk in May every year. Or you could choose the Half Marathon which takes place in September.

These events attract over 15,000 participants annually and typically sell out, so enter as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. By taking on these events for Concern Worldwide you’ll help us support some of the poorest people on the planet. So whether you’re a complete beginner or an avid runner, we'd love you to join Team Concern!

We’re here to help, from the moment you sign up to your chosen event to the moment you cross the finish line. We’ll send you fundraising tips, training advice and inspiration when you most need it. As part of Team Concern, you could receive a:

  • Fundraising pack and support from a dedicated fundraiser to help you smash your target
  • Concern Worldwide training t-shirt
  • Personalised running vest (when you raise £200 or more within two months of the event date)
  • Regular team emails

How to register:

1.    Sign up to your chosen event direct on the Belfast Marathon website here.

2.    Email us at [email protected] or via the form below to let us know you've signed up.

3.    Create your JustGiving page and start fundraising for Concern Worldwide here. The suggested fundraising target is £250.

4.    Share your fundraising page with friends and family to encourage them to sponsor you.

Do you already have your own place in the Belfast Marathon?

You can still be part of Team Concern, all you need to do is let us know that you're running for us. Then, we’ll send you a T shirt, running vest and support you with your fundraising.

Please register your details below and one of our fundraising team will be in touch.
